General Information

Customers placing an order agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out by B Active Sportswear and we reserve the right to make changes to the websites and this document at anytime.

Returns Policy

At B Active Sportswear we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers.  We want you to enjoy your purchases and continue shopping with us.  If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You must return your order within 14 days of the dispatch date
  • The item/s must be unworn and unwashed
  • All labels, swing tags and hygiene strips must still be attached
Please note there a no exchanges or refunds on sale items, unless of course the items are flawed or faulty

Making a Return

If you would like to return your purchase, please click on this link and complete the form.  You will then receive an email giving you return instructions and an authorisation number. Items must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure that you are satisfied with the products.  Exchanges will not be permitted after 14 days from the date of delivery.

All postage costs associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.  Additional postage charges to return the exchanged product may also be charged at B Active Sportswear discretion.

Please note that exchanges will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number.

Please ensure adequate postage is affixed, as Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted. We also recommend you send your return back via a traceable method of postage, as we will not be responsible for lost or missing parcels, and all goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Faulty Goods

B Active Sportswear does its best to ensure that all customers receive top quality garments.  However in the situation where you believe that a garmet is faulty or different from the description provided on the website, please contact us by clicking on this link and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  Faulty items will be exchanged for you.


International Shipping

Goods are sent by International Air Mail.  Orders should be received within 7-21 business days from date of dispatch.  Please note that if no one is home to receive the parcel, local postal guidelines apply.Please note that local taxes, duties and other customs charges may apply depending on final destination and local dollar value of your order. These charges are NOT included in your order, and are payable by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties, taxes and customs in your country
